Kira began her sports career as a gymnast at only five years old, and she became avidly involved in gymnastics and volleyball throughout school. She joined two competitive cheerleading teams in high school and even coached gymnastics for a few years through college. After suffering a lower back injury, she decided to take time away from sport and dove head first into environmental science.
She spent eight years in the field of environmental science & education, earning a B.S. of Environmental Science and an M.Phil of Human Ecology. After moving to Australia, she decided to get back into health and wellness, becoming a certified yoga instructor, barre instructor, and stretch therapist. She has a keen interest in people and how they feel connected to their bodies, their mental health, and their communities.
When she’s not at the clinic, you can find Kira at the beach, in the mountains or at a fitness class. When she is at the clinic, Kira handles all day-to-day operations and manages client experience. If you would like to work at or with Barangaroo Clinic, then she is who you want to reach out to.
