Paulina graduated from Macquarie University with a Doctor of Physiotherapy. She is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, where she grew up in the mountains skiing or distance running on the trail. Her passion for distance running led her towards her interest in lower limb injuries, prevention, and running biomechanics.
During her time at university, Paulina worked alongside the podiatrists and Running Science as a professional running shoe fitter. Here she gained experience analysing the gait analysis of runners. As an athlete herself, she recognises the impact that injuries can have on an athlete and the importance of safe return to sport.
When not treating as a physio, you can find Paulina running with multiple run clubs all over Sydney, including pacing for the Sydney Harbour Runners, coaching for Boobs on the Run or leading her very own club, Run the Streets Barangaroo.
