Once you have provided us your GP referral, our physios will work with you and your GP to bring you the highest level of care and expert advice from the comfort of your own home.
We are able to provide these services through video conferencing at no cost to you, so long as you have a referral and a documented care plan from your GP.*

MEDICARE & VIRTUAL PHYSIO
Medicare will cover 100% of virtual physiotherapy services, provided that you send us the following documentation:
- A valid Medicare card/number
- A referral from a GP
- An Allied Health Care plan from a GP

WHAT IS VIRTUAL PHYSIOTHERAPY?
Virtual physiotherapy (or “telehealth”) is a video face to face consultation with your treating practitioner. They are not a replacement of treatment or assessment in house but can be used well when people are unable to get to their on site appointment. They are very helpful for those working remotely, on the go, or frequent travelers.
HOW IS IT DIFFERENT TO AN ON-SITE CONSULTATION?
As therapists, we are very reliant on our hands to assess and feel what we think maybe going on which we cannot do over the phone. However, these consults are great if people have questions about certain exercises they’re doing, while others may want to discuss their injury process, certain postural or movement problems and need help finding a solution. We are also able to show and tell, demonstrating exercise progressions, correct technique and testing certain movement and strength parameters.

We believe healthcare should be seamless, collaborative and convenient for all of our clients, no matter where they are in the world.
We are able to bulk bill all Physiotherapy telehealth appointments in Australia.
We use our fully integrated online exercise software, and we are able to claim Medicare online, providing the patient has a valid Medicare card and GP referral and management plan. To access the Allied Health Service form, click here.
We are also able to service workers’ compensation and DVA clients with no out of pocket cost.
