Get to know Ehsam
Ehsam is a Senior Physiotherapist with 10 years of experience. He graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise & Sports Science) and a Masters of Physiotherapy. His approach to physiotherapy is a model of patient-centered care – which involves tailoring treatments and management specifically to the individual. This involves a mix of soft tissue massage, exercise or adjunctive treatments such as dry needling.
With a decade of work in the industry, Ehsam has experience managing a range of different patients – from common acute neck/back pain presentations to complex, post-operative orthopaedic rehab. Sporting and fitness-based injuries also come natural to him with previous history working with elite sporting clubs, such as the Sydney Blue Sox (Australian Baseball League), National Premier League Football Teams and 1st Grade Cricketing Teams such as Hawkesbury Cricket. Ehsam also has a passion for hand therapy – he is an active member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and offers splinting and casting services for patients with hand and wrist pathologies.
Outside of work, he loves to get out and catch some rays and can’t keep still – playing and competing in tennis on the weekends is a must. He also loves to watch his football, go hiking, and is always looking for a new trendy restaurant to explore.
